OUR TECHNOLOGIES

ARAGO CCUS
  • Mineralisation of CO2 into a Cement Substitute
  • Utilises calcium-rich industrial wastes to permanently sequester captured CO2
  • In addition to capture and fixation, can also provide treatment of contaminated industrial wastes
BAKER PROCESS
  • Fixation of CO2 using a Caustic Soda Scrubber.
  • Suitable for application to a wide range of sectoral emissions
  • Supports flexible capture with lower energy and capital expenditure requirements compared to competing amine-based approaches
COFIX AND DCCUS
  • Alternative Mineralisation Process
  • Alternative CO2 Mineralisation Value Chain provides permanent sequestration to wide-range of sectors

Our approach to capturing and utilizing CO2 is quickly gaining momentum, and we're excited to partner with CO2-intensive sectors and high-growth markets to support delivery of our solutions, helping our partner organisations in meeting their decarbonisation goals.

OUR APPROACH

TECHNOLOGIES

Arago Process

Developed to address residual emissions in industrial processes with high calcium content in waste flows. Current sectoral development focus on Cement, Steel and Chemical plants.

Calcium extracted from waste flows to form calcium chloride, which can fixated CO2 into Calcium Carbonate, providing permanent storage.

TECHNOLOGIES

Baker CCUS

Baker Process CCUS utilises a Caustic Soda Scrubber, which fixates CO2 into Sodium Bicarbonate for temporary storage

Range of end-uses for CO2 post-regeneration, including CO2 recycling and permanent storage through integration with other TCRK processes.

Number of Advantages compared to other CCUS approaches:

1) Lower costs and energy requirements compared to Amine based approaches, further reduced through circularity of processes.
2) Reduced handling requirements compared to Amine-based approaches in temperature and pressure controls, chemically stable and easy to transport.

TECHNOLOGIES

COFIX Process

Alternative process for mineralisation of CO2, fixating CO2 into Arago Cement.

Also produces sulphuric acid as a byproduct.

Can be merged with Baker Process CCUS in order to provide permanence of fixation and support delivery of Decentralised CCUS model.

Advantages to TCRK CCUS System

An Integrated Solution across multiple sectors
Supporting Circular Economy
Permanence and Reliability
