BAKER PROCESS

TECHNOLOGIES

Baker CCUS

Baker Process CCUS utilises a Caustic Soda Scrubber, which fixates CO2 into Sodium Bicarbonate for temporary storage

Range of end-uses for CO2 post-regeneration, including CO2 recycling and permanent storage through integration with other TCRK processes.

Number of Advantages compared to other CCUS approaches:

1) Lower costs and energy requirements compared to Amine based approaches, further reduced through circularity of processes.
2) Reduced handling requirements compared to Amine-based approaches in temperature and pressure controls, chemically stable and easy to transport.

Enables deployment in a range of sectors without access to geomass or industrial waste at point of emissions, including maritime sectors

OTHER SOLUTIONS

ARAGO CCUS
  • Mineralisation of CO2 into a Cement Substitute
  • Utilises calcium-rich industrial wastes to permanently sequester captured CO2
  • In addition to capture and fixation, can also provide purification/ remediation of contaminated industrial wastes
COFIX AND DCCUS
  • Alternative Mineralisation Process
  • Can be integrated into Baker Process regeneration process, providing permanent CO2 Fixation and improving circular economy of our Capture processes
